When eStreet.co was offered grapes by a vineyard in exchange for their agency services, the partners had a brilliant idea: Why not put our talents to work and build brands of our own? We then set out to create the overarching brand that would become eStCru.
Create a logo and branding that will encompass the diverse brands produced by eStCru.
To encapsulate a variety of wines, they were looking for a logo that can live on both an $8 bottle and a $75 bottle. It was important that it wouldn’t take up too much real estate on a label, but could also be blown up and stamped on a barrel.
I went in a typographic direction with all my proposed ideas. Because of the purposeful lowercase/uppercase letters in each logo, I played with the interaction of the letters to marry both the “eSt” and “cru” branches of the agency. With some adjustments the logo translated well into a single color option
